Job Description
We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to design and administer pay structures, perform market salary benchmarking, analyze compensation data, and support job evaluations and pay recommendations to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field; 2+ years in compensation or total rewards; strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with compensation surveys and HRIS; excellent communication and confidentiality.
You will collaborate with HR and business leaders, prepare reports and dashboards, and help implement compensation programs.
