Job Description
We are hiring a Building Maintenance Technician based in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong City. Full-time, Monday–Saturday 8am–6pm. Responsibilities include electrical work (inspection, wiring, panels, lighting, generator, elevator), mechanical and civil maintenance (ACU, fire protection, elevator, STP, generator, contractor supervision, repainting, carpentry), and plumbing (leak repair, roofing, toilets, faucets, drains). Ensure compliance with building codes, maintain tools and supplies, and support tenant renovations. Salary Php20,00–20,800/month. On-site work required. Ideal applicants have hands-on maintenance experience and strong troubleshooting skills.
