Job Description
Radix HR seeks an Assistant Store Supervisor to manage store operations, compliance, sales, merchandising, payroll, and customer experience. Lead and coach staff, enforce policies and mall rules, execute visual displays and promotions with the Area Manager, control expenses and petty cash, and adapt to business needs. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business or related field, minimum 2 years as store supervisor in retail/food, strong leadership and communication, MS Office proficiency, local demographic knowledge. Full-time, on-site; may be assigned to SM Calamba.
