Job Description
We are hiring a Building & Property Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include routine inspections, HVAC, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, carpentry, painting, and grounds upkeep. Respond to tenant requests, perform preventive maintenance, coordinate contractors, and ensure safety compliance. Candidate should have 2+ years in property maintenance, relevant certifications, basic electrical/plumbing skills, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Strong problem-solving, communication, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation required. Availability for on-call rotation and flexible hours preferred. Competitive salary and benefits.
