Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Customer Success Specialist (SaaS) to ensure customer satisfaction, onboarding, and product adoption. You will troubleshoot technical issues, guide customers through integrations, deliver product training, and collaborate with engineering to resolve bugs. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in SaaS support or customer success, strong technical aptitude (APIs, SQL, troubleshooting), excellent communication, and a customer-focused mindset. Responsibilities include onboarding, creating documentation, monitoring customer health metrics, and driving renewal and expansion opportunities.
