Job Description
Join our team as a Health Club Instructor to lead group classes, provide personal training, and promote safe, effective fitness programs. You will design and deliver classes (aerobics, strength, flexibility), assess member fitness, create customized plans, monitor progress, and maintain equipment and facility safety. Requirements: certification in group fitness or personal training, CPR/AED, excellent communication, client-focused attitude, and ability to motivate diverse members. Preferred: experience with weight training, Pilates, or yoga. Flexible schedule with weekend availability and competitive pay plus staff benefits. Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to customer service are essential.
