Job Description
The Assistant Manager, Site Acquisition will lead site identification, lease negotiations, permitting and stakeholder engagement for telecom infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include coordinating surveys and due diligence, preparing proposals and budgets, securing permits, managing vendor relationships and supervising field staff to meet deployment timelines. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years in telecom, real estate or infrastructure, strong negotiation and project management skills, experience with GIS and permit processes, and excellent communication.
