Job Description
Department: Operations | Level: Experienced (Individual Contributor) | Location: Manila, Philippines. Shopee seeks a Transport Lead to manage end-to-end truck operations: route planning, scheduling, vehicle resource allocation, cost and productivity control, SLA/lead-time performance to/from warehouses, and weekly/monthly manpower reviews. You will monitor and report transport KPIs, audit SOP compliance, resolve escalations with short- and long-term solutions, and drive cost-efficient projects. Requirements: 5+ years supervisory/managerial operations experience, proven people-management and analytical skills, strong productivity focus, fluent in English and local language, ability to lead results-driven teams, and willingness to work non-standard hours (shifts/nights). Report to the Operations manager.
