Job Description
Manage international air cargo operations by coordinating bookings, preparing air waybills and customs documentation, tracking shipments, and liaising with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities. Ensure compliance with IATA rules, dangerous goods regulations, and company SOPs. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent; 2+ years’ experience in air freight; familiarity with AWB procedures and cargo systems (e.g., CargoWise); proficient in MS Office. Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure are essential. Fluent English required.
