Job Description

As Lead Tax Analyst you will manage tax compliance, planning and reporting for the company, supervise a small tax team, prepare and review corporate filings, interpret tax laws, coordinate audits, and implement process improvements to minimize liabilities and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires a degree in accounting or taxation, professional tax certification (CPA/EA preferred), 5+ years in corporate tax, strong leadership, analytical skills, and excellent communication.
