Job Description
The Proposal Team Lead will oversee proposal development, manage RFP responses, and coordinate cross-functional contributors to produce persuasive, compliant proposals. Responsible for setting timelines, assigning tasks, editing content, and ensuring submissions meet client requirements and deadlines. Mentor and coach proposal writers, maintain templates and best practices, and track proposal performance metrics. Requires 5+ years in proposal management or business development, excellent writing and editing skills, strong project management, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
