Job Description
Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and providers as the HMO’s primary representative. Act as educator, care manager, and patient advocate to develop individualized phone-based health plans, promote self-management, and encourage proactive wellness. Qualifications: graduate of a related medical course; clinical experience optional; strong verbal and written communication; shifting schedule; BPO experience a plus; willing to work on site. Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: Php20,00–Php25,00/month. Work Location: In person. Walk-ins welcome 9am–3pm Mon–Fri at 2nd Floor, One North Mall, Dau, Mabalacat, Pampanga.
