Job Description
High Tech Smart Solution is seeking a Collection Team Leader for our local Pasig account. This full-time, in-person role requires supervising and motivating a collections team, managing daily operations, meeting collection targets, reporting performance, and ensuring compliance. Candidates should have 2+ years of supervisory experience in collections, strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Must be based in or near Pasig.
