Job Description
Digital Planners Corporation seeks a full-time HR Officer (Employee Relations & Engagement) — hybrid (2–3x/week onsite) in Clark/Angeles. Manage employee concerns, conflict resolution, onboarding/offboarding, internal communications, engagement programs, surveys, recognition events, and reinforce company culture. Requirements: Bachelor’s in HRM/Psychology or related; 2–3 years’ experience (3 preferred) in employee relations/HR operations; strong communication, conflict-resolution, analytical and interpersonal skills; knowledge of Philippine labor laws; discretion. HR/analytics tools a plus. Salary Php25,00–35,00/month.
