Job Description
Waltermart Supermarket, Inc. seeks a Selling Supervisor to drive category profitability and manage daily selling operations. Responsibilities include customer service oversight, category building (sales targets, safety, sanitation, and bad order control), timely and accurate promotion execution, maintaining 100% inventory accuracy for assigned categories, and supervising sales support staff and merchandisers. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, administration, or customer service management and at least two years’ retail or food-service store management experience.
