Job Description
Lead daily store operations at our SM North, Quezon City location, ensuring excellent customer service and strong sales. You will supervise and motivate staff, assign tasks, manage inventory and POS systems, enforce store policies, and resolve customer issues. Candidates should have 1–3 years retail management experience, strong communication, problem-solving and time-management skills, and familiarity with inventory control and retail technology. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and available to start ASAP. Full-time position with opportunities for promotion and transition to permanent employment. Work is on-site.
