Job Description
We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees. Responsibilities include calculating wages, deductions and taxes; maintaining payroll records; ensuring compliance with labor laws and tax regulations; preparing payroll reports and reconciliations; coordinating with HR and finance; and resolving employee payroll inquiries. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent; 2+ years payroll experience; proficiency with payroll systems and Excel; strong attention to detail, confidentiality and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with tax filings and statutory contributions preferred. This is a full-time role with opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative environment.
