Job Description
We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to provide first-line troubleshooting and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for customers and internal teams. Candidates should have 1–3 years of IT support experience, strong customer service skills, familiarity with Windows and macOS, basic networking knowledge, and scripting basics.
