Job Description

You will greet guests, manage check‑ins and check‑outs, handle reservations and inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and coordinate with housekeeping and operations to ensure seamless stays. Ideal candidates have excellent English communication, strong problem‑solving skills, a friendly professional demeanor, basic computer literacy, and prior customer service experience is preferred.
