Job Description

Full-time Account Executive responsible for managing HMO, GLI, and GPA programs for Gokongwei Group clients. Duties include maintaining client relationships, analyzing risk exposures to design tailored employee benefit solutions, identifying cross-sell opportunities within accounts, ensuring regulatory and company policy compliance, and keeping accurate transaction records. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management or related field, have 3–5 years’ experience in insurance sales or account management (brokerage preferred), be well-versed in life and health insurance lines, and possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Work is in-person. Salary: Php30,00–Php50,00/month.
