Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead daily accounting operations, oversee month-end close, prepare financial statements, perform account reconciliations, and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. The role supervises a small team, implements internal controls, improves processes, and liaises with auditors and management. Candidates should hold a degree in Accounting or Finance, have 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Professional qualification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
