This managerial role (minimal travel) will lead service operations and delivery teams to support cloud migration, 5G enablement and digital automation for communications and media customers. You will manage performance, client relationships and continuous improvement initiatives while empowering teams to “Live Amazing, Do Amazing.” Ideal candidates have leadership experience in telecom or IT operations, strong stakeholder skills, and a passion for innovation.
