Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resource Head to lead talent strategy, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, and compliance. You will develop HR policies, drive organizational development, coach managers, and ensure legal compliance. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of HR leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, strong communication, strategic planning, and conflict resolution skills. Proven ability to manage HR operations, implement HRIS, and support change management is required. This role reports to the CEO and collaborates with department heads to foster a high-performance culture.
