Job Description
Wincorp Enterprises Inc. seeks a Human Resources Officer to manage recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, contract creation and onboarding), administer payroll and timekeeping, compute benefits, uphold company policies and labor law compliance, evaluate staff, and maintain employee 201 files and HR documentation. Candidates must have a bachelor’s in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field, 1–3 years’ HR/recruiting experience, knowledge of labor laws, and strong organizational skills. This full-time, permanent role offers Php25,00–30,00/month, company Christmas gift, events, salary increases, and potential promotion. In-person work in Quezon City; reliable commute or relocation preferred.
