Job Description
Lead and develop the quality function to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining quality systems, conducting audits, managing corrective actions, overseeing incoming inspection and supplier quality, and driving continuous improvement. Manage a team of quality engineers, set KPIs, and support production with root-cause analysis. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 5+ years in quality management, strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma or Lean, proficiency with FMEA, SPC, and ERP tools, plus excellent leadership and communication skills. CQE or equivalent certification preferred.
