Job Description
In-person, full-time permanent role. ONE-DAY hiring; open to candidates without BPO experience. Handle product, order/shipping, returns/refunds; monitor orders and proactively update customers; track inquiries to spot trends; stay current on platform updates. Benefits: ₱30,00 signing bonus; salary up to ₱28,00+; HMO from day one (up to 3 dependents); paid training; 30 paid leaves; allowances, performance bonuses; weekends off; holiday/overtime pay; 20% night differential; parking; insurance; possible hybrid/WFH after 1 year.

- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
