Job Description
The Service Design Lead will optimize customer interaction journeys to enhance experience and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include designing workflows, leveraging technology, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, reviewing and approving Change Management Requests, and creating clear contact center work instructions. Requirements: a minimum of 3 years in service support (telecommunications preferred), advanced workflow design and process optimization skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficient use of technology to improve operations, excellent communication across all levels, and the capacity to manage priorities and drive continuous improvement. Job type: Full-time, on-site.
