Job Description
BPO Hub – Sapient Global is mass hiring Chat Support – Ticketing Specialists across Metro Manila. One-day hiring; open to applicants with no BPO experience. Responsibilities: handle ticket and call inquiries on bookings and cancellations, assist customers with the online ticketing platform and technical issues, escalate complex cases, and safeguard customer data per protocols. Benefits include up to ₱28,00/month (higher with experience), ₱30,00 signing bonus, 13th/14th month pay, HMO from day one (up to 3 dependents), paid training, 30 paid leaves, performance bonuses, weekends off, night differential, and potential hybrid/WFH after 1 year.
