Job Description
The E-Commerce Supervisor at Klued manages daily customer support across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify. You will lead and coach CSRs, handle escalations, monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics to improve processes and platform performance. Responsibilities include training, performance evaluations, process improvement, and administrative reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, or related field; 1+ year in customer service and 1–2 years in a supervisory role; strong e-commerce platform experience; CRM and MS Office proficiency; excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Full-time, in-person position based in Dasmariñas, Cavite.
