Job Description
We’re mass hiring Chat Support Agents for a Telco account at Sapient BPO (SGS Hub), Metro Manila. ONE-DAY HIRING; NO BPO EXPERIENCE needed. Duties: diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalate complex cases, propose retention solutions, and follow privacy/compliance rules. Compensation: ₱30,00 signing bonus, up to ₱28,00/mo, HMO Day 1 (3 dependents), 13th & 14th month pay, paid training, 30 leaves, allowances, bonuses, weekends off, night differential, holiday/OT pay; potential hybrid/WFH after 1 year. Full-time, permanent, in person.
