The Store Operations Supervisor leads daily operations at The Pantree Modern Cafeteria, ensuring excellent food and service. Responsibilities include supervising shifts, maintaining quality, cleanliness and food safety, managing staff scheduling, inventory and POS transactions, handling customer inquiries, and reporting performance to management. Candidates should have food-service or café experience, strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and a team-oriented attitude. Full-time position. Salary Php21,00–Php23,00/month. Benefits include paid training and opportunities for pay raises. On-site work at The Pantree.
