Job Description
The Foreman oversees daily site operations, supervising workers, tradesmen and subcontractors to ensure work follows plans, specs and schedules. Responsibilities: lead daily briefings and safety toolbox meetings; coordinate with engineers and project managers; report progress; monitor manpower, materials, tools and equipment; enforce safety rules/PPE; and inspect workmanship. Requirements: 3–5 years as Foreman/Leadman, construction knowledge, drawing-reading, strong leadership and communication, physically fit; NC II/II or safety training preferred. Full-time, on-site.
