Job Description
We are seeking an HR Benefits Administration Executive to manage employee benefits programs, enrollment, compliance, and vendor relations.
Responsibilities include administering enrollments and claims support, coordinating with insurers and vendors, conducting audits, preparing benefits reports, analyzing data, communicating policy changes, and resolving employee inquiries.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 2+ years HR benefits experience, knowledge of local labor and benefits regulations, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in HRIS and Excel.
