Job Description
Hann Resorts is seeking a motivated Design Technical Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role includes assisting the Design Manager with departmental transactions, reviewing consultant plans for accuracy, and ensuring the completeness of RFIs, bulletins, and shop drawings.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a BS in Architecture (PRC license preferred) and have at least 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in REVIT/BIM, CAD, and Navisworks is essential.
Job Type: Full-time, Fixed term (24 months). Benefits include additional leave, company events, employee discounts, health and life insurance, and transportation services.
Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
