Job Description

Full-time Branch Secretary responsible for greeting customers, answering product and payment inquiries, resolving complaints, and managing phone and email communication. Accurately process sales and payments (cash/checks), issue receipts, balance daily sales, input transactions, and secure cash per company procedures. Monitor branch income and expenses, verify receipts, and assist with expense analysis. Maintain confidential records, update files and inventory systems, support parts/unit inventory and stock orders, and manage office supplies. Keep a neat work area. English preferred. Pay Php18,00–20,00/month. Benefit: paid training. Work location: in person.
