Job Description
Global Rescue seeks a Customer Service Associate in Ortigas, Pasig City. You will handle inbound calls and emails, assess member needs, process enrollments, renewals and payments, generate revenue via inbound/outbound calls, explain services, and coordinate logistics. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and liaise across departments. Requirements: customer service experience (sales a plus), strong communication, attention to detail, time management, and solid computer/data-entry skills. Compensation: DOE plus bonus and benefits.
