Job Description
Xentro Malls seeks a Sales Representative with car/motor dealer sales experience. The ideal candidate has a business degree, minimum height 5’2″, pleasing personality, strong sales and customer-service focus, analytical attention to detail, reliability under pressure, excellent oral and written communication, and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email). Responsibilities include learning vehicle features and capabilities, cultivating repeat buyers and suggesting trade-ins, qualifying and matching customers to vehicles, conducting demonstrations and test drives, explaining warranties and services, negotiating and closing sales, completing sales reports, assisting showroom setup and displays, and pursuing ongoing product training to enhance the dealership’s reputation.
