Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Sales Officer for Xentro Malls. The ideal candidate is results-driven, honest, organized, analytical, computer-literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email), and a Business graduate with strong communication and customer-service skills. Responsibilities include making cold and warm calls, answering inquiries, maintaining customer relationships and aftersales service, promoting products and offers, preparing weekly and monthly sales reports, analyzing market trends and competitors, and developing sales plans to meet revenue targets. Must work well under pressure and pay attention to detail.
