Job Description

We seek a detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to support procurement of ingredients and materials. You will place orders, monitor suppliers, manage basic inventory, analyze costs and forecasts, and track market trends to secure competitive pricing. Coordinate timely deliveries, maintain accurate purchase records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 1 year purchasing experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, Excel and basic ERP proficiency, ability to multitask and travel up to 25%. Full-time, Php20,00–22,00/month, benefits include insurance, staff meals, training and promotion opportunities.
