Job Description
We are seeking a System Support Analyst to join our IT team. You will provide 2nd/3rd-line technical support, monitor and maintain servers and network services, troubleshoot application and infrastructure incidents, manage tickets, apply patches, perform backups, and document procedures. The role requires 1–3 years’ experience, a diploma or degree in Computer Science or a related field, strong knowledge of Windows and Linux administration, networking (TCP/IP), basic SQL, virtualization, and common monitoring tools. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on-call are essential. Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft, or Linux certifications are a plus.
