Job Description
Xentro Malls seeks an Operations Assistant to provide administrative and tenant support at XentroMall. Candidates should be business graduates or related fields; mall or hotel experience preferred but strong fresh graduates encouraged. Must have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, critical thinking and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask, screen calls, verify billings, coordinate documents, maintain files, draft correspondence, and address customer/tenant concerns. Willingness to work six days a week in mall-hour shifts and on-site at the designated XentroMall location required.
