Job Description
Responsible for enhancing patient satisfaction by coordinating care pathways, collecting and analyzing feedback, resolving concerns, and collaborating with clinical teams to implement service improvements. The Patient Experience Officer will monitor satisfaction metrics, manage complaints with empathy, and lead patient-centered initiatives. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in healthcare, nursing, public health, or a related field; strong communication and interpersonal skills; problem-solving attitude; 1–2 years’ experience in patient relations or quality improvement; familiarity with EMR systems and survey tools. Must be organized, discreet, and committed to improving care quality.
