Job Description
Puregold Price Club Inc. seeks a Management Trainee to support daily store operations, meet sales targets, lead staff, manage inventory, and implement management strategies. This entry-level role prepares candidates for Store Officer responsibilities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year business course, at least one year of relevant experience (retail preferred), strong verbal and written communication, ability to work with minimal supervision, and willingness to be assigned to our soon-to-open Puregold store in San Isidro, Magalang. Full-time, in-person position; reliable commute or relocation to Magalang required. Candidates should be proactive, organized, and customer-focused.
