Job Description
We are seeking a Contracting & Credentialing Specialist to manage provider contracting and credentialing processes. Responsibilities include preparing and negotiating contracts, conducting primary source verifications, maintaining credentialing files, submitting applications to payers (Medicare, Medicaid), tracking expirations and recredentialing, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and coordinating communications with providers and network partners. Requirements: 2+ years’ experience in healthcare contracting or credentialing, familiarity with CAQH and credentialing software, strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. Ability to work under deadlines and handle confidential information.
