Job Description
Ageo System Solution Corporation seeks a Recruitment Assistant to manage end-to-end hiring: source candidates via job boards and social media, conduct initial interviews and assessments, run orientations, maintain 201 files (hard copy and electronic), assist performance management, complete termination paperwork and exit interviews, and respond to HR inquiries. Requirements: Bachelor’s in BSBA Human Resources or Psychology, preferably 1+ year HR experience, and solid knowledge of the recruitment process. Full-time role with salary Php18,00–19,00/month. Benefits include additional leave, company events, a company Christmas gift, and life insurance. English proficiency preferred.
