Job Description
Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Business or related and min. 2 years supervisory experience required. You will oversee daily warehouse and final packing operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping) including cold storage, raw materials, chemicals and office supplies; manage inventory and cycle counts; lead and train staff; ensure QA, safety/OSHA compliance; drive improvements using KPIs and Lean; coordinate with production, QA and supply chain. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills required.
