Job Description
TSL Container Lines seeks a Customer Service to support import sales and provide excellent client service. Responsibilities: coordinate documentation for arrival notices and billing; respond to phone/email queries on rates, surcharges and schedules; maintain import volume data and file rates/free time in TSL AFSYS for FOB accounts; support export helpdesk (consignee acceptance, DG/OOG permits) and inside sales backup; monitor credit lines, deposit waivers and competitor surcharges; compile reports; ensure HSEQ and PPE compliance. Full-time, on-site. Salary from Php18,00/month with health insurance.
