Job Description
FUNCTIONSMITH SALES AND SERVICES seeks a Project Coordinator to oversee project progress, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage materials, equipment and manpower, and maintain project plans, schedules and reports. Responsibilities include monitoring timelines, communicating updates to the Project-in-Charge, implementing resource adjustments, and ensuring accurate documentation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferably Civil Engineering or technical), construction/furniture/hardware experience a plus, strong communication and interpersonal skills, systematic and goal-oriented, flexible and trustworthy, available to start immediately, and willing to work in Pasig City.
