Job Description
The Trade Execution Specialist executes on-brand in-store visual merchandising for key retail partners, mainly Watsons, ensuring planogram compliance and strong shelf presence. Responsibilities include implementing planograms, installing displays and POS materials, conducting monthly store audits and third-party compliance checks, and developing VM strategies for promotions and launches. The role collaborates with Watsons’ VM and operations teams, supports sales visits, and tracks POS deployment and display performance to drive sell-through. Full-time, permanent, on-site role.
