Job Description
As Deputy Store Manager you will support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coaching and training team members, managing schedules and inventory, maintaining merchandising standards, and resolving customer issues. You will analyze sales data to meet targets, ensure compliance with company policies, and assist with visual displays and loss prevention. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years retail supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, problem-solving ability, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
